Hope,

Look at your daily bars - the recent pattern has been for a big down bar to be followed by a smaller inside bar

once and awhile we get an up bar following this small bar, but more often we see another big down bar

so for this to be a recovery you need to see a change in the pattern -
that will take at least three days to be sure there is a change -

if there is a change it mostly likely would mean an extended sideways move over a month or more....

btw, so far today we have nothing but a normal inside bar - as to fast or slow, I can't say
