Where is the stock going go when they get themselves a minimum of $8 to $10 million cash infusion through a near-sure deal that'll be cut by next Friday. They, my best guess, will sell the production/distribution rights of EB to a UK-based or European-based partner -- keeping all other current arrangements in place here in The Americas -- allowing them to consolidate the current UK, Florida, & San Diego operations. This will be my LAST best guess. However, I should say I am certain that there is a deal in the works. I'm, as per usual, just a bit short on the good ol' facts/specifics. -JH -JH
