RESEARCH ALERT-Morgan bullish on Cisco <CSCO.O> NEW YORK, April 30 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley said on Friday analyst Chris DePuy made bullish comments on Cisco Systems Inc. fiscal third-quarter results, which he expects to be strong, rather than seasonally weak as the company expected. -- DePuy "is confident" of his $0.37 a share profit estimate for the quarter ending in April and his forecast of 4.9 percent sequential revenue growth. -- DePuy is also generally more confident about Cisco going forward in the second half of calendar 1999 than he was three months ago, the firm said in a brief research note, citing improved order visibility and the growing importance of intranet-related projects. -- he maintains his strong buy rating and a one-year price target of $135. -- Cisco shares up 3-9/16 to 112-3/4 in early trading.
