Exactly. The stock sold-off on news that was already known.

What remains is that the price level was maintained by day traders and momentum speculators. I guess the fate of these stocks is in their hands now, till the next "run to e" (as Eugene likes to say).

I really have no complaint. As long as they stay in their range, the contrarian method of "selling into rallies, cover at the drops" will work just fine. Hating amzn is not a religion with me.
