The "E" means they are in violation of NASDAQ reporting rules. They haven't completed either 1/4ly or yearly results or both. This happened to me with Risc ir became RISCE. Now back to risc. I think party stores via a web site would make sense so I'm buying a little of this one it case they start focusing on web sales vs just store sales.
