Hi, I am a new member to SI but not new to this company. I have been following them since that horrible debacle with FSS. I lost a lot of money on this company but never sold. That was a great decision. I have actually visited their site in Canada (given my investment amount it made sense). They put on a great show. These guys have made great strides. They were initially involved with a few bad financing people and therefore took that horrible drop. But their backbone technical people are great and their product sells itself given our "internet-portal" age. They do need to drop that Utility company analogy. Its was ok when the market was new but now that ASP is a mature market I feel all that "switch on and off" stuff is insulting my intelligence. I am very long on them. Go Futurelink. Go CISCO ..
