slow down, H60. the 20% accounting tactic, as i recalled from a discussion on Yahoo a while back, would allow IDT to be free of P&L from N2P after IPO/spin off, right? now, are you're saying you believe IDT would adopt this plan and so they would issue voting shares for the CI, thus the common shareholders would get regular IPO shares?
