It had a nice runnup from .02 when it was put out by Lazarus.... I would not touch it now. WTER is on a pullback and consolidating at current levels....it will go. Lazarus got me into AQCI at .02 and I think WTER is going to follow suit. Fenceman - he also go me into LMKI at .05 :)
