There are certain times in the morning when entry is triggered, but when it loses steam and the trailing stops are falling its time to sell off. CDNW was basically a buy for over 4 days now on 2 watch lists since last week and as an earnings play, and still is trending strongly. When the trend remains strong, I stay in when it reverses too much and cuts into the profit, I leave. Others good for a pop today were JCOR, MFNX. MMCN was a beauty this morning and broke through major resistance.. but when it couldn't hold past 25 1/2 I sold it also. Then there were the two new earnings plays CPWR,CYTC and BEAM and AHAA with older plays: FBN finally conking out and RDA still strong etc. etc.

#6, VCST, I was watching since 9:35 and saw the trend breaking with swelling volume, and posted the pre-breakout, that was good for over a point easily.

MESG..I got it disregarding the gap up because I knew MESG earnings report was good and I remembered how it was good for 4 3/4 intraday especially after good news. I read the report and posted on the watch list. On a 16 dollar stock 1 point and a fraction is quite enough. SF traded that one for a while after I even stopped.

Even BIDS was good for some gain this morning with a clear 2 1/2 point intraday range with no gap up but I didn't get it.

Then big one in the morning INSP.. was a gap up from yesterday good as well but ONEM went nowhere. That's how it goes.
