OT- PC and Graphics...if you can excuse me for being serious
for a post...

I think for high end usage Sun and SGI are needed, but on
low end PC graphics work fine and Nvidia is indeed pushing the
price performance limits. Who knows...maybe Sun should use them
as a supplier if that works out to feed its low end machine
which I belive costs around $2.5K and uses PC components...
You should check out Nvidia stock - NVDA - as a long term thing
for investment in PC graphics sector. The are eating the lunch
from the plate of ATYT, SIII, TDDD, TDFX, CREAF etc probably.
I don't know that market well but your hubby may have a good
feel for it.
They recently IPO'd and I am not sure when the lock on inside
investors ends....I would be looking for some stock price dip
when insiders start selling for those Mercedes....or maybe
we should buy now ...if they get more OEM wins, they will move up
fast.
