hahahahahaha Souter is brilliant as anyone who ever met him or read any of his decisions would know. Since Supreme Court opinions aren't usually shown on TV, I assume Michelle is in the dark. He's been a real disappointment to conservatives and especially the hard line conservatives Michelle despises. Thomas has done an excellent job as well. His opinions are well researched and well written. I assume it is the results which Michelle finds objectionable or as she puts it in usual teeny-bopper fashion, "lame". She knows as much about the law as she does most other subjects she posts about. Another fine post for the laughtrack. JLA
