ken, i have followed ambase for many years. i know alot about the situation and believe that ambase should have a significant rise in price once they annouce their claim for damages. they could potentially sue for up to $35 per share. ambase will also be able to sue for lost profits. this was determined by the courts when glenfed announced their damage claim. i believe that ambase continues to claim reserves against lawsuits and irs settlements far in excess of outstanding suits. the stockholder suits have been settled with ambase only being liable for $250,000 out of the $15,000,000 settlement. I believe the irs suits have been settled successfully. it is a continuing source of irritation and confusion as to why management does not recognize the turnaround in their contingency position. i think they will annouce their claim against the fed by their may stockholders meeting. once they do, i expect the stock to rise rapidly. dave
