Well, the way I came up with $100 (this is very ballpark)
Last four quarters:
9.7 mill
11 mill
15 mill
16.1 mill

With all the deals announced in the first quarter i see at least 18 mill, maybe 19. Last year revenue increased ~70% between the first and last quarter. If that trend were to continue they could pull in 30 mill by the fourth quarter. You figure maybe 22 for 2Q and 26 for 3Q and you get 97 million.

Now, I agree that the model I just used is arbitrary, but over the past three years they have consistently doubled revenues and with all the new deals and upcoming releases like the SNP chips, I see no reason for that trend not to continue. I was at the AACR meeting (American Association for Cancer Research) and I can tell you there was a LOT of interest in these chips.
