Big Dog, I would like to know your thoughts on Vista Energy (VEI). "Vista Energy Resources is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company with operations and property located in the Permian Basin of West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico, and the onshore Gulf Coast region of South Texas." If my facts are correct, Rainwater (NATURAL GAS PARTNERS III, L.P) is involved with this new company. Are you familiar with Vista? Does Rainwater's participation increase the likelihood of success?
