Yeah, I have a response.

I actually am that poster. My intention was not at all to "diss" Incy. My point was that it is obvious that people HAVE been dumping Incy, as evidenced by the drop from $50 to it's current $17. I was merely trying to point out that Incy and Affx have recently taken opposite trends. I personally sold Incy in the low 20's and bought affx around 30. Why? Because Incy stock was headed down and affx stock was headed up.

In actuality, Incy is one of my favorite companies and I may consider applying for a job there soon. I also (obviously) like affx. I am choosing right now to own Affx instead of Incy only because of their recent price patterns. I doubt Incy will make a serious move until the Wall Street Guys see profits again in the not too distant future. When that happens, and when Incy stock shows some life, You better believe I'll be back in.

I'm long on the entire sector (affx, mlnm, incy, hgsi, axph) it's just that the way wall street thinks, the only one I see making a near term move is affx.

However, I think that buying Incy now and waiting it out is an excellent long term investment if you have the patience.
