Ibexx, I just hate to see you embarass yourself in such a highly regarded public forum: New York has fallen from the dubious distinction of having the highest price real estate on the planet. That "honor" now belongs to my little berg: San Francisco. Trust me, I've been shopping for 4 months. As a result of the astounding rise in the Q, I can now afford a studio with the lav down the hall, It's a walk-up of course, but hey, I need the aerobic exercise. :-) P.S.
