Has anyone considered suing BW for fraud, breach of contract, defamation and libel?

Breach of contract for retracting a paid for press release.
Fraud, for purporting to provide a publicity service regardless of factual content.
Defamation and libel, for the various public and false statements that they have made against the webnode3.
