Meeting is over. According to a guy on the
Yahoo board they did not have a 50% quorum for TDFX
or 60% for STBI. 99% of votes in so far are for
the merger. It will just take a little more time to
get all the votes in. Merger costs won't show up
until next quarter now. Oh well, wonder what this
all will mean short term.
