Reporting from Frys... Meeting was adjourned until 1:30. DZ thinks it ain't gonna happen today. TDFX and STBI don't have a quorum. TDFX is off by 10% from a quorum (40%). Not likely to happen today guys. Sorry. Gonna hurt on Monday... more later. Pat
