Last night when the MyPublish link was up, I happened to poke around their FTP server and found a SMO file named realplay.smo At the time, I thought to myself, could this possibly be a SMO for RealNetworks' RealPlayer app? Nah, can't be. Then, the above article appears today on CNet. Coincedence? Maybe? We'll have to wait until Monday. It could very well be that only the player application itself is Wave-enabled.
