I am not a technical trader by any step of the imagination however, with that said I happened to notice the chart on this one and see that if the price doesn't dip below it's 52 week low, it is a great buying opportunity. The next resistance level is around $2.80. If good drill results push it through that level then it could conceivably sail all the way up to it's 52 week high of $7.20. I plan to buy in this range as the company is currently drilling both the Walter and the Santa Isabel. Incidently, SXG has recently hired a porphory expert to review the current drill program at Santa Isabel. They have to date completed 1 hole in the Mercedes Zone of 4 total and none yet in the Breccia pipe (4 are planned there).
I believe that SXG will begin drilling in about a month on the Agua de Castilla property. This drill program will definitely revive, at least, the speculation in the share price as it is a hot springs epithermal deposit. The market is in love with these as Francisco Gold's results of last week come from this type of property. The largest problem that I see at present is that company needs to raise cash and will probably need a decent hole to do so in this weak gold market. Santa Isabel could be one hole away from changing the complexion of SXG.
