Thanks for posting this. I'm surprised the news had no positive effect on TD share price. People seem to be laying off internet stocks this week, and tht's probably hurt TD indirectly. Next week, once the news of the filing is disseminated, I look for TD to head back up again to $85-$90. Fingers crossed! Tom
