In thinking it through, I think we have seen a few runs on rumor etc, but basicly we have been assigned a value of approx 28-30 until the partners and ipo are announced. Obviously, the professionals do not expect this news on Monday or there would have been a serious run up today. However, I did notice that the stock basicly hung around 28 1/2, mostly a little higer and 29 all day. I would see several hundred share sells and then a thousand share buy, constantly. It is being accumulated.

My guess is that the company will close the tender next week and announce the partners when they are through negotiating with ALL of them. That should be in pretty short order, but I wouldn't count on it before at least Tuesday and longer if there is a hiccup. The very worst thing that could happen right now is the very thing we all want. That is for the partners to be disclosed. Until the company has completed negotiations and has signed contracts (not term sheets), it is in none of our interests for this tro happen except the very short term traders. It would cause the stock to go up and the price of the partnership to go up proportinately.

Until then, the good news is we will trade between 28 1/2 and 29, unless we go up. I don't care how much shorting is done or whatever. So, I'm going to stop watching it so close and concentrate more on the global perspective and what my next spectacular investment will be .
