Too much short-term downside if the deal doesn't go.
But, when any deal is announced, then we'll get great opportunities to trade/arb NXTL up and down, as it follows WCOM stock in its usual Acquiring Company mood swings.

Playing such 10-15% swings has certainly worked well in FRO over the past month or two.
