Two strong rumors:

First, from Calgary, that Pan Canadian and Encal have hit oil at Shoal Point and will be soon announcing that the depth of the hole will be extended. The site to follow:

Second: Pan Ocean Explorations is capitalizing on the Shoal Point rumor literally. A $1M financing is said to be announced Monday by POE. They have hired Terry Brooker out of Calgary to be their slimhole consultant.
