What do you want to use as a valuation? The patents? The ongoing relationships (LU - IBM - Lanier)? The future growth protenal (sp) of this company? or what the market will pay for it. Is E-bay, Yahoo, AOL or any other internet related company worth what they sell for???? <<What kind of revenue and earnings can be expected, and what is the likelihood that this company will be listed on Nasdaq in the near future?>>. We need to see the contracts, but it "could" be hugh based on for forcasts of handheld devises. The focus is on getting products to markets and building relationships with other larger companies. Those that do not like to deal with OTC BBs will just have to purchase at a much later date and higher prices IMHO. At sometime in the future the company will seek relisting, but at the present not on any front burners. Big fish to catch. Now that is what counts, not NASDAQ. Jim PS - Glad I was away for the week. A strong long hold.
