Wow, LDII in the is going to be the next one to make it big on the internet. Company news looks good and 8K files look very good too. From the company news on 4/22. Mr. Landa, stated that he was excited about the opportunity presented by Larson-Davis Incorporated and intends to seek out technology opportunities with particular emphasis on internet related companies. In line with this strategy, the Company has already entered into agreements with two start-up internet companies that give the Company the exclusive right for 30 days to negotiate the terms of an equity investment in these two entities. The name of the companies are Bluetrain.com, Inc., www.bluetrain.com, and Toolbid.com, Inc., www.toolbid.com. Any investment will be subject to the successful completion of the Company's ongoing due diligence review. I look at the Toolbid.com site and it looks very good. I see this company moving up to $9.00 and its going to keep moving.
