DENISON ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER TORONTO, Mar. 4 /CNW/ - Denison Mines Limited announced that E. Peter Farmer has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, effective today. Peter Farmer, 47, joined the company in 1985 as General Counsel and Secretary, becoming Vice President in 1987 and a director of Denison in May 1995. Mr. Farmer succeeds Mr. Bill James who has been named Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. Denison's Chairman Helen Roman-Barber said, ``Peter's enthusiasm, and expertise for all aspects of Denison's operations and its people, make him the appropriate successor to Bill James.
