He didn't say that. He said (actually Joy said) that building the most sophisticated and expensive distribution network now at great loss is the only reasonable choice to insure long-term shareholder value. It is Friday and I must nitpik. It was not stated that this was the most expensive distribution network. She stated it was a very expensive distribution network. She also stated it was sophisticated but did not state it was the most sophisticated <VBG> She stated in the Q and A that some items will still need personal handling. I could not tell what type.
