<<What is sac-a-lait?>> I have a 10% chance of spelling it right. The Louisiana spelling of crappie, known as specks in Charlottesville. Damn good eating fried. I was hunting and taking water tempratures today and looking at coves. Next Wednesday should be bring home the eats day. Moon, temp and the Gods stuff. A big plate of fried crappie, some mac and cheese and some cold slaw, life doesn't get any better.
