Hostile Takeover? What about another suitor, Quintiles maybe, possibly making a bid? One thing that has been true for say the last 5 years has been to invest in the market leaders, in whatever industry, and clean-up. I agree that a long-term perspective should be very rewarding. Short-term I'm very unsure since now you have other types of investors getting involved with PRXL, like arbs, that don't really care what the company is about.
