Meanwhile in Feb 1999, I was notified of FBI arrests of a group of stock boiler room telemarketers, including Chris Rawlings, Tim Griffeith, John Dickens, Scott Courtney, and Peter Aro, some associated with WRI Holdings, some with WellRich San Diego CA 92103, 619-682-4900, 800-361-0000, wellrich@web-link.com. Phoners claiming to be from WellRich had solicited me in June 1997, but I sent no money to them, being frightened of doing so by previous experience with Landmark, La Jolla, Guardian, Keebler, Mama Tish, Vincent Caruso, staff, etc. I have found some relationships between La Jolla Capital and WellRich, including shared "mooch lists". There might be relationships between WRI and Vincent Caruso staff as well at All Events Consulting (NY Arenas) in these scams. I did call Amazon Natural Treasures (AZNT), who WellRich callers claimed to represent, and received some excellent medical literature, to see if it was a legitimate firm, which it did appear to be. However at least one Amazon officer who I spoke to got in trouble since, Toronto's Charles Kricfalusi: unsaleable tampered stock certificates. A dispute over "restricted sales time" of AZNT stock is in the courts. In fact, La Jolla Capital was fined for activities associated with Exten Industries(EXTI), which I was solicited for in June 1996, just before the solicitation for Guardian Technologies (GRDN).
Good dig Jordan. WellRich and La Jolla always in the news!(LOL) Janice Shell, one of the three stooges named in her own lawsuit (but it was an April Fools Joke) will be right along to defend them (longest rap sheet of Boiler room companies around), reasons we all know why! It's just amazing why these people stick together. (LOL)
GO AZNT!!!!!!
