Some time ago, I said I'd leave Cyber if they didn't improve by April 30. Well, I must say, they did indeed improve.

It's not perfect, but one can't expect perfection. There are far fewer disconnects, quotes are accurate (with a few exceptions), index quotes work 99% of the time.

At least as far as my requirements go, Cyber has made tremendous improvements. There is room to do more, to be sure, but I know they will continue to strive to do better. I can now rely on the word of management - they promised to improve, and they kept their promise. That's important.

I am now ready for the next stage, where I will transfer more money to Cyber from my other accounts.

I suppose there will always be some problems, but the important thing, is now I trust they can do better, and they keep their word.

I write this, because I've been often critical in the past. It is only fair, that I give a status report, since I made such a public deadline...

This does not mean I will hesitate to criticize loudly, if things start going seriously wrong - my loyalty is to other traders out there, and as a customer, I identify with customer interests. But for now, I must say - Cyber is doing a good job. I'm staying.
