Thomas its simple, this company was in complete shambles... Rome was burning not too long ago. CVIA could have very easily went poof and would be no more. The day the new Board of Directors took over the stock was at .25 a share... so we really are determined to get the value restored back to this company. The change started on this very thread and to a certain extent I owe these investors an explaination of what is happening to their money, I guess some people disagree with this, but I have built a couple of very successful private companies and have an open door policy no matter if it is the janitor or the biggest investor in town, they all are part of the company and know where the door is.

Before we get widespread respect or a huge amount of interest, CVIA has to prove it is worthy of that interest and the only way to do that is to execute and make the company and the investors money. As that starts happening on a regular basis and the proof is in the pudding then the interest will come also.

I dont mind a few hundred shares a day trading, we have about 1600 shareholders and an O/S of 515,000 which isnt alot, but on the other hand thats a pretty tightly held float. To me that is a good sign. But yes we do need more liquidity and more trading, that was the reason for the forward split and hopefully warrants exchanged. Once we cross that hurdle and bring more things online, then we will take futher steps to add more liquidity. It took 3 years to get this company in the shape it was in so it has taken some time to get things back on track.
