Sigh, I knew that they wouldn't get enough votes in on time. Not a huge deal, but they're going to have to manage this very carefully. I want proforma statements that will show what earnings would've been if the merger had gone through and I hope they kept good records of the "sales" of 3dfx chips to STB.

I also wish that they had mounted a web campaign to get the vote in. They could've emailed all the people that had registered 3dfx cards to vote if they owned shares. I thought that Jason's post yesterday was a little too late to make a difference.
