Dean I would agree with you except no volume on the stock, tight float or not volume needs to confirm moves up or down.
I am sure many are waiting for information packages to come up with their own conclusions.
Market reaction has to be considered positive but not strongly bullish at this point.
Look at Golconda Resources GA on Alberta. Their chart shows the classic rising bottom with rising tops, confirmed by volume. Very bullish chart especially in this market.
