Well my hotmail was down 'till about 8:00p.m. this evening and I got my mail. I don't see a problem so here is my answer about the buy-out, frequent flyers and such! There is no bombshell for me. Might be for others. I'm buying more Monday! The guy has character and tells us like it is! I see no reason to hold back. I've mentioned I post to the thread my emails in the past. I know of nothing in the way of news that could be posted. We did ask our securities counsel if we should put out a release stating that we have no idea why the stock jumped. He told us that we should not put out any announcement, but that we can explain it to shareholders who contact us. I'm following his advice, and he was the senior enforcement attorney for the SEC for almost fifteen years. We are exploring the frequent flier idea, but we are only in the exploration stage. It appears that we won't crack the "big three" in retail chain sales, and that may mean we lose our shelf space. We are holding back on returning to CompUSA until we are sure we stand a good prospect of success. As to the "rumors" on the threads. The pump and dump idea is laughable. Changes to Rule 504, effected last month, pretty much put an end to the loop holes allowing the pumpers/dumpers to do their stuff. The $1.25 buy out is a fantastic idea. Please let me know who wants to buy my stock and I'll cut you in for a finder's fee (just kidding). Other than that, there's nothing new.
