I echo your opinions, but... I wonder how many CheckFree investors outside of the dedicated posters and readers of this thread and the Yahoo thread would vote against a $90/share buyout.

I myself, in all honesty, would be tempted to cash in the 1000's of shares in my IRA which would basically allow me to retire at a much earlier age then currently planned.

If the tender offer came to me by proxy, I would vote against it, but I sure as hell would be tempted by the instant profit potential of 90 dollars a share.
