Ken, The VP eng. and one of the original founders is an ex Cascade employee and several of the lead engineers are from Yurie. The 2 people mentioned hailed from Lan City and Bay networks components of Nortel (Nortel by default only..). Excellent group of engineers, etc. , most from the massachusetts area. Brian
