MOSCOW, April 30 (Reuters) - Russia for the next 10 years cannot meet its original schedule to service its foreign debts, even if the economy picks up, Finance Minister Mikhail Zadornov said on Friday.

He told a news conference that support by the International Monetary Fund made it highly probable Russia would reschedule a total $16 billion in foreign debt payments to the London Club of commercial creditors and Paris Club of nation creditors in 1999 and 2000, and he added that debt rescheduling could go further.
