Nihil, while you are limiting yourself to the simplicity of English history, do make some feeble attempt at factuality. Was the marriage to Catherine of Aragon illegal? Only if she and Arthur consummated their union, as she maintained they did not because of his ill health. As for the prohibited degree of relationship, what complicated the issue was that dispensation had already been received from Rome before the marriage.

Anne Boleyn did, in fact, have relations with Henry before their marriage. Her pregnancy provided the impetus for speed. Moreover, the adultery issue really concerned purported relations with men prior to her marriage with Henry.
