Does anyone know of any convertible debs in this companies past? That is usually when these illegal types of shorting activities take place. They sell stock they do not have and then cover with the debs. "Death spiral debentures" is the trendy name. If debs exist then there is in effect a potential basis for this argument but if not these guys were just straight out dumb. If you want to really put a hurt on them then move your positions to your cash account. Take it out of margin and watch them squirm. I am not long but I love to watch this type of low float action. If it continues on Monday I hope to join the fray before its too late but after I have convinced myself no debs exist. David
