I wish I could add more at this point. I have called IR to inquire, but they were gone for the weekend before I realized the call would be needed. (IR is in NY, not CA). I left a message.

Despite our differences, I think Valueman and I agree that the user terminal issue is crucially important. There's a chicken-or-egg issue implied. Do the SP's start selling if no one will buy it (because they don't have the user terminals to buy with)? Do the UT makers produce if the service is not up and running?

That's the importance of the 300,000 terminals. There is absolutely a contract for Qualcomm and two other makers to produce 300,000 units, within a contractual timeframe. So the "crucial" element is addressed. It is stated on page 3 in the 10K.

The issue is when they will be available. Valueman seems to suggest we will be ramping production six months later than I had thought. The six months is not a killer. But, it does mess up the cash flow that I had been projecting.

I can't think of any other action at this point than to call IR. We'll see.
