The Toronto Stock Exchange announces that up to an additional
16,666,667 common shares will be listed on Thursday, March 6, 1997. The
listing will cover shares to be sold to the public at a price of $0.30 per
share pursuant to the terms of a prospectus dated February 27, 1997. The
closing of the offering is expected to occur prior to the opening on March
6, 1997.
