I am not only honestly disappointed in your vicious attack on a public figure, but your comments directed toward me in this manner. What really shocks me, is your callous disregard for civil law in your reckless and libelous post.

FYI - there have been at least 3 out of court settlements based on libelous posts on Silicon Investor in the last 12 months; yours is about to be the 4th in my somewhat qualified opinion. I would be contacting an attorney.

I could care less what you say about me; and as I am not a public figure, I have no claim to any damages against my perceived public image and I could basically give a Sh^!

Now Mr. Kudlow - with his CNBC appearances and a best selling book, his internet site - now he might have a pretty damned nice case of libel and some damages to collect. I'm pretty sure you F#<^!@# Up ''Big Time'' - Bull .

While I'm not an attorney - I deal with them every day and have been on the periphery involving 2 libel cases; one in which an individual settled out of court to the Public Company I work for; and the other where one of our employees made a callous mistake toward a public figure in print, where our company settled out of court.

Settling out of court saves those huge attorneys fees - trust me Larry will have some high priced legal Beagles (VBG). Also, fwiw - your stupidity vastly exceed either person in the 2 former examples I've referred to.

I was just happy to supply Mr. Kudlow with the information. Maybe he will send me an autographed copy of his book.

Bull; all I am doing is reporting releveant information that was aired on the single most impacting media source to the markets - CNBC. I am nothing more than a ''trained observer'' - merely taking an ''I report - you decide'' stance... Obviously, you and the Spam-King view any intelligent discourse on both sides of a financial issue as some type of threat to either your personal financial holdings, or to your quite obvious to all - '' thin skinned - call me on the carpet & I'll take my ball and run home'' egomanical over inflated sense of self importance.
