I've been waiting for this IPO for quite some time but decided it was just too highly priced when it came out.

You may want to check out the Novadigm site (NVDM). This is the company that has the patent fight with Marimba. Traded very high volume today with an uptick. I think the upside of Novadigm is much more than Marimba and the court case happens in the early fall. It is also making a profit.

I suspect Marimba is negotiating a settlement with Novadigm.
