28.6% of GRM = 10,168,246 Grand Columbia shares owned by BVG, last price for GRM share was .56 = $ 5,694,219.
Looks like a person is getting Bolivar's Tomi mine for free.
Not a bad deal for a mine that is producing 1400 to 1500 tons a day at approx. 5.5 to 6 grams per ton.
Projected mine life of 7 years, with the first 2 years at a $140 per ounce cash cost.
Things may be rough for the gold patch but I think this is getting to be a bit much.
