Hey Bruce,

Long time no speak. Nice to still be long finally, huh?

I would expect that the mentioned likelihood of a strategic alliance with a cardiovascular partner in midyear sometime will involve a major player in the cardiovascular arena, assuming that something doesn't go down to interfere with this process. There have been some rumors about something big going down this upcoming week, with news after the close on wednesday.....some of the reading between the lines guesses are that if the rumors are accurate, we could be seeing double digits as a result(and not due to any fda announcements). If these are true, I'd rather not guess exactly what I think would be going on here.

It is important to keep in mind that no matter how fast ATIS has flown as of late, it is still with relatively retailish type trades. Today's average share per trade was 947, although there were large trades, closing out with what looked to be a 17,000 share buy. Once we move past 5, institutions are more likely to have their radarscreens on anyway.

TGIF,

Marshall
