Say it ain't so! I remember Wayne calling UPGD at $.20 now it is trading at over $4.00. He did indeed have a unique talent for picking special situations. Unfortunately he had the knack of attracting a bunch of unwanted hypesters to his threads. These parasites helped bring about his untimely end. Good luck wherever you are Wayne etc.
