(Responses to Al, Jake & Dareg):

Forgive me for being brief, but today I have a rush project to get out. In response to your questions:

1. Yes, I also own PTD share. Got the idea for both NIR and PTD from a friend who is a friend of Brad's. No, I'm not an insider...don't
believe I have any inside information. I simply wanted to combine skiing at Whistler with my son, the attorney, and get more insight to
NIR while I was there. Brad was kind enough to grant me an audience, as I informed him that I have a goodly chunk of the stock.

2. No, I didn't pay my attorney, my son, but I am picking up all our expenses, including his airfare.

3. As for 3rd numbers, no, I have not but a specific calculation to the earnings/share because I am not privy to the expenses for the qtr.
As for the sales, I believe Brad indicated on a conference call last week that sales will be up about 20%. I'm doing that number from
memory, so don't hold me to it later.

4. Al, don't ever worry about me being offended by your questions. I respect your posting efforts, and I am glad to share and help if I
can.

5. As for shared info that I paid for, I've done that all my life. I ain't rich, but maybe I've helped a couple people along the way.

6. I used the word MAJOR in referring to certain products because I see these products has having billion $ potential; not just million $,
especially if the patents prove to be long and strong. I suspect we have all heard about the same products, but the leather product, for
instance, I believe has gigantic potential. It was only referred to casually in a previous NR, but because of my previous experience with a
major car company, I believe just this one product might prove to be a company builder. Besides auto, how much leather furniture has
become fashionable lately???

7. As for "how do I know there is much more to come?", it's a conclusion based to two things:
a. Brad alluded to a number of pending possibilities, and
b. Sergio is too prolific an inventor, and there of too many other needs for an eco friendly stripper. I don't believe NIR has even
stratched the surface of the needs and possibilities for this technology.

8. Yes, I believe I heard Brad say that a 20F was filed. Will bulletin board status help? I think so! It's a step along the way to full
NASDAQ listing one day. It means it can be traded in US dollars. Down here in the US, it is very important that a stock be accessed in
US dollars and in the US market place. Most brokers won't talk to a customer about a stock under $5.00, especially if it is traded on a
non-US exchange. As the product is rolled out into the US by ICI, I think it would be a good idea for US customer to also have easy
access to becoming US investors.

9. No, I'm not suggesting that Aelicks should or will remove himself as President and/or CEO. He never suggested that either. But he
does recognize the potential of the company and the need for more management people. An industry wise and experience COO would be
in order, and I think Brad agrees and is looking for someone.

10. As for anything else I picked up that is news worthy, you'll have to forgive me today. Maybe next week I can post again after I
review my notes another time.

Again, good luck to the patient. The big picture always takes a little time to paint, but what an exciting picture this one may be.

PS: Thanks to someone who posted my previous posting to SI. I don't have a membership there, so thanks again for the help. Please feel
free to also post this message to SI.

(You're Welcome - Greg)
